2. 4-5 MINUTES DETAILING YOUR TOPIC OF DISCUSSION and IT’S RELEVANCY - Dig in quickly with DETAILED SPECIFICITY. People will engage and contribute best when they understand EXACTLY what challenge they are Masterminding
3. 30 MINUTES GROUP DISCUSSION - Use your knowledge and Expertise to facilitate the discussion, asking targeting questions to get people thinking and expressing their ideas. Do not personally lecture or teach at length. Guide the conversation.
4. AGGREGATE GREATEST TAKE-AWAYS - Have your note-taker list the 2-3 biggest take-aways from your discussion for later presentation on the BA Main Stage.
