1. 1-MINUTE INTRO - Provide your name, your company and why you are uniquely qualified to lead discussion on your topic.
2. 10 MINUTES DISCUSSION SUGGESTIONS - Go around the room and have people suggest challenges they would personally like to discuss. Have each member take notes on others they believe they can help.
3. 15 MINUTES GROUP DISCUSSION - Go Back around the room, encouraging each member to pick one other member they can help from their own experience, according to the notes they’ve taken from Round 1. EX: “I overcame that same issue and this is exactly how I did it.”
4. 10 MINUTES SHARE RESOURCES - Go back around the room and have members contribute to each other with hard resources, according to their notes from rounds 1 and 2. Have them offer a connection, a blueprint, a service, a formula or other form of asset to help another member overcome their challenge.
