  Member presents a challenge or opportunity to the board.
• Board Setup:
  
  Left Seats: Chosen by the presenter, team members or collaborators to ensure accountability.
  Middle Seats: Experienced individuals offering insights based on seasoned experience
  Right Seats: Leadership Team (e.g., Ryan Boswell, Mike Calhoun) providing organizational perspectives.
• Interactive Discussion:
  Board members ask questions and engage in a back-and-forth discussion. Members provide their experience, IP and rolodex.
• Three Types of Support:
  
  Commit: Offer advisory or consulting support. Contribute: Share relevant resources or processes. Connect: Facilitate introductions to key individuals in their network.
